The very first time that GetTransparency was used for Used Car Sales a customer drove across two state lines to purchase her vehicle. A resident of Maine made a routine internet inquiry to a dealership in Massachusetts. The dealer immediately responded with a custom video about the car which the prospect had expressed interest. The sales agent was able to provide a running narrative that described the unique features for which the customer was looking, its condition and availability.  The agent sent the video off minutes after the initial request via text and email.  By using the GetTransparency dashboard the agent was able to track when the prospect opened the message and act accordingly.  With proof that the car was on the lot, as advertised, and in good condition the customer drove from Maine to Massachusetts that day to purchase their vehicle.
