Installing the TruVideo App

  1. Find the TruVideo App in the Google Play Store by clicking this link: http://trvd.co/android or search truvideo
  2. Click “Install” app
  3. Accept requested permissions.
  4. Once installation is complete click “Open”
  5. Upon first login the device will prompt you for the “Dealer Code”
    1. The dealer code is not related to your manufacture. It is generated in the TruVideo dealer settings.
    2. Your Dealer Admin (typically the service or sales manager) can obtain the code for you.
      1. Dealer Admins click here for directions
    3. If your Dealer Admin is unavailable email support@truvideo.com with your name, email address used to sign in, and Service or Sales Managers name.
  6. After entering the dealer code.
  7. Select your name from the list.
  8. Create your pin
  9. Start making videos on the TruVideo app

Finding The Dealer Code

  1. Log into your dashboard.
  2. In the Top Menu Bar click “Organization” (If Organization is not visible click “Other” See figure 2)

Select “settings”
  1. Once in the settings the Dealer Codes are at the top listed as follows:
    1. Service Dealer Code
      1. Use for devices used by ONLY 1 user.
    2. Sales Dealer Code
      1. Use for devices used by ONLY 1 user.
    3. Service Shared Dealer Code
      1. Use for devices shared by many users.
    4. Sales Shared Dealer Code
      1. Use for devices shared by many users.
