TruVideo now offers in-app texting, a feature that will allow you to text with your customers even when you’re away from your desk!

Just like when you text back-and-forth with your customers on the desktop Dashboard, you can now take your conversation on the road with our new in-app texting feature.

Note: Make sure to update your notification settings from the Dashboard by clicking on your name in the upper right corner, selecting Settings and choosing which activities you wish to be notified for at the bottom of the page.

When a customer sends you a text you will be notified on your phone via push notification. By simply tapping the notification or opening the new “Messages” section within the TruVideo app, you can now respond to your customers within the app just like you would with any other texting conversation.

This new update gives service advisors more flexibility, offering them the ability to quickly shoot a text to their customers from their mobile device no matter where they are.

With TruVideo, you can free yourself from your desktop while still providing timely customer communication. Enjoy the new experience!
