Below are five of the most important tips for creating more complete and accurate condition reports every single time.

#1 – Don’t Use Pen and Paper

For years, pen and paper were the only real way businesses could keep logs. Even your medical records were kept strictly on thick paper files before the mid- to late-1990s.
